What to expect

The session will last approximately 60 minutes.

The session will commence with a discussion about the areas you would like to focus on. Afterwards, I will clear the space and fully connect with the Quantum Energy to ensure the highest level of healing and alignment during the session.

During the session, I will either lightly place my hands on the body or hover them over the different areas in need of energy healing.

I may use various techniques, such as different breathes, to focus the energy, ensuring the most effective and personalized healing experience possible.

You will come out of a Quantum Energy Healing session feeling a sense of inner peace, deep relaxation, and an increased sense of clarity and focus. Additionally, physical discomfort and emotional distress may be alleviated, leaving individuals feeling more balanced and energized.

Typically the healing will continue over the next 2-3 days. Spontaneous emotional releases may occur during and after the session. Let yourself experience this release without judgement.
